I currently conduct cyber investigations and cyber and cellular forensics for the Department of Justice-US Attorneys in Classified, Criminal and Civil matters.  I am certified in US Federal and State Courts as a Digital Evidence Forensic Expert, Cellular Forensic, and Cellular Historical Data Reconstruction Expert and have testified more than 21 times in the past three years. I am also a lead instructor, course developer and cyber program coordinator for the US Department of State, Cyber anti-Terrorism Assistance program. I also perform fraud investigations, network audits, and eDiscovery requests for Fortune 100 corporations.

1. I am the President of Cyber Forensics which provides:  
   • ​Consultations, examinations and testimonial services in connection with ESI, cyber-crimes including classified computer investigations, data breach/cyber intrusions, online criminal investigations, child pornography, fraud, capital murder, and any other federal, state and private investigations or cases involving computers and the use of the World Wide Web.
   • Consultations, examinations and testimonial services in connection with historical cellular data reconstruction, cellular forensics, historical GPS data reconstruction, GPS forensics and other digital evidence related to federal, state and private investigations or cases related to cellular communications.
2. I am a retired US Secret Service agent and certified in computer forensics by the US Secret Service and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
3. While in the US Secret Service, I supervised all 15 Electronic Crimes Tasks forces throughout the USA, which are responsible for all cyber investigations, computer forensics, cellular telephone tracking and historical data reconstruction.
4. I am a subcontractor for GSI (Guidance Software); the world’s largest forensic software corporation.
5. My company is a certified training partner with AccessData Corporation providing certified cyber and cellular forensics training to law enforcement at our Mobile, AL training facility.
6. I am currently contracted by the US Department of Justice, US Attorney's office to collect, examine, investigate and testify in cyber and cellular cases for all federal agencies and more than 40 state and local police departments.
7. I have conducted over 1000 cyber examinations and investigations since 1996.
8. I have imaged and acquired thousands of media storage devices on-site and in a laboratory including hard drives, RAID volumes, encrypted containers, cellular devices, external storage devices, and most known storage devices.  
9. The last major on-site acquisition was performed on September 30th, 2011 on an international vessel docked in Mobile, AL.  The acquisition involved 10 computer systems.
10. I am a Subject Matter Expert on cyber forensics and investigations for the US Department of State, anti-Terrorism Cyber Program and have evaluated the anti-terrorism program iPakistan, Turkey, and Mexico.  
11. I am currently an instructor for the US Department of State, anti-Terrorism Cyber Program and am currently instructing Worldwide.
12. I am currently a Cyber-Program Country Developer for the US Department of State, anti-Terrorism Cyber Program Worldwide and am tasked to assist various countries with the development of cyber forensics policies and procedures, historical cellular data reconstruction policies and procedures, evidence collections and preservation, forensics laboratory designs and efficiency, and all other program development priorities.  
13. I authored the Network Security and Intrusions Investigations course for the US Department of State, anti-Terrorism Cyber Program.   
14. I have instructed and currently teach historical cellular data reconstruction to law enforcement officers and private investigators worldwide at law enforcement training academies such as the Regional Counter Drug Training Academy.
15. I am the annual speaker on cellular triangulation for the National Defender Investigator Association.
16. Since January 2006 until present time, I provide historical cellular data reconstruction and cellular forensic service for the US Department of Justice, State of Florida State Attorney’s Office, US Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and over 40 police departments nationwide.
17. I am currently a cellular and cyber contracted expert with the Department of Justice, US Attorney’s office.
18. I also provide contracted historical cellular data reconstruction for the US Federal Defender’s office and private criminal defense Attorney’s nationwide.
19. I am currently assisting the Broward Sheriff's Office in the death of Deputy Christopher Reyka wherein I am being requested to analyze cellular historical data related to several of the suspects.
20. My investigations have been featured in Wired magazine, Esquire International, Discovery channel, 60 minutes, Fox News and numerous other media outlets for investigations involving Hollywood celebrities, classified data leaks, and terrorist activities.
21. I have approximately 15 years of experience in cellular tracking and cellular historical data reconstruction working with Bellsouth Corporation in South Florida and in foreign countries such as Colombia. My first criminal historical cellular data reconstruction case was the murder of Courtney Wright, Florida State Attorney’s office October 6, 1998.
22. I developed the Colombian DAS (Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad) and DIJIN (Dirección de Policía Judicial e Investigación) cellular tracking program.
23. I am certified as an expert in the classified US Secret Service, Radio and Cellular Presidential protection program named “Cornerback” and have provided my expertise worldwide for President’s William J. Clinton and George W. Bush and Vice-President’s Albert Gore and Dick Cheney.
24. I am certified in cellular signal and triangulation analysis by Paraben Corporation.
25. I am certified in basic and advanced Radio and Cellular Technology for Law Enforcement.
26. I am a Subject Matter Expert on cellular technology for the Department of State, anti-Terrorism Program and have evaluated the anti-terrorism program in Pakistan.
